Apologies but I have read quite a few articles and I'm struggling with how to add an expression pedal to a bit crusher pedal schematic I have modded with a noise gate (originally quite a noisy pedal , wanted to try making my own pcb on EAGLE). Anyway. I really like the idea of being able to plug an expression pedal in, From what I have read this can be done with a double closed circuit jack. However the circuit I want to use it on uses a reverse log pot wired as in the picture of my schematic. My Question is : Can I just run a another 3 traces to wire pads in eagle from CR1 CR2 and CR3, then connect each corresponding pad to the stereo jack, then just mimic it on the other end with the expression pedal , i.e. use another 1M reverse log pot with another Closed circuit stereo jack , my logic being that when you plug the jack in to the EXP IN on the pedal it cancels the pot on the pedal and uses the expression pedal instead, If so what wirepad goes to which part of the Closed Circuit stereo jack input? I was going to use a  Switchcraft 14-b jack socket and this is the schematic
