Just got my regular installment of specials at Electronics Goldmine, and they have Motorola MU20 UJT's on sale for $1.99 a piece.

The specs seem close to those of the 2N2646, which is spec'd for the Ludwig LFO. Would it work as an alternate to the 2N2646?
