Hi all, first post, hoping some of the experts might be able to assist with this one. I'm just getting into making pedals, but this one is about a pre-made one I'm hoping might have a fairly straight forward fix.

I bought this fairly uncommon pedal in Japan called a "Sweet Drive - Weed". It was working when I tried it in the shop but since getting it home and pulling the back off to give it a clean I've noticed it's not working any more. There seems to be two wires that have somehow become disconnected which I think is causing the problem.

1) The black or negative of the LED
2) the middle lug of the low cut/boost switch.

I think this pedal follows a fairly straight forward design, with volume, tone, drive and a low cut switch. I've posted photos below with the two missing wires circled.

Any help with where to solder these back on would be appreciated :) If you need more pics of the board let me know, it's a bit tricky to disconnect as the LED is stuck on but if needed I'll try.

The black LED wire might be from the foot switch. The main reason the 3PDT is used is to make it easy to wire up the LED indicator. If it is from the foot switch, it's probably going to be obvious which lug no longer has a wire. It would most likely be getting switched to a ground connection. As far as the other switch, the low cut/boost, there's no telling. You have to really look at the board closely, chances are you'll find some sort of solder blob, wire fray, or some sign of stress and a missing connection. If you really can't figure it out, then you'll have to take the whole thing apart. You'll be able to get it working though.

Try connecting the two loose wires as shown in the picture below.

When soldering to the switch lugs try not to overheat them as the switch may be damaged.

Edit: I forgot - Welcome to the forum. Hopefully you will have a good time here.
