need help with an Aion Luna pedal

Everything is in place, voltages are there, continuity checked and re-checked ... no signal at all.  I hear sweep of the tremolo in the white-ish noise, and it gets louder/lower with the volume pot as well. 

I heated all the joints again and see nothing amiss- though I don't have a scope.  I have no idea what could be wrong.  I would welcome any ideas anyone may have.  Here are the voltages I get (some are so variable it's hard to fix a number).  Thanks.

Have you tried https://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=29816.0 ? Voltages mean nothing apart from a schematic.

Schematic and BOM show 2N5088.  A JFET will not sub.
