It was supposed to renew. I reported it.
Hopefully we don't have to switch to another provider yet again!

Someone somewhere in the certificate chain went on holiday. I'm sure it will sort itself out soon.

In case it helps or you're not aware, you can get free SSL certificates now via Let's Encrypt.

They said it's not the certificate but the update to cpanel.
They are working on it.

It's always the same. The hosting company is awesome at the beginning. Then it degrades and then I have to switch eventually. Really a pain.

So cPanel has a cert for the next 5 years, yet they parcel it out to you 90 days at a time??

Yes. I guess that's the way the free one works. It was working fine but then the cpanel update caused the problems.
