its a DPDT switch (actually 3pdt but two poles are connected) with a little SPDT toggle to mute the effect out when the pedal is bypassed.

I wanna replace the DPDT with a DPDT relay so I can put in a soft touch switch but also mainly because I want to link up the switch with a GE-7 eq. my plan is to put in a TRS jack on the GE-7 output and connecting the ring to the SPST boss switch (gonna put a SPDT toggle between those cuz otherwise i wont be able to use the GE-7 normally with a TS cable). Then on the bass9 ill connect the ring on the input jack to the spst switch i will have installed (again with a spdt toggle between). That way when i connect the two with a trs cable hitting one switch should turn both of them on correct?

Also, never used a relay before but if i get this one

Im guessing I just connect the + to the +9v on the dc jack and the - to the SPST switch, and line up the lugs to where the old hardware DPDT was.

Should this work? Am I missing anything?
