Looking for a good component kit

I've recently acquired some tools to actually start building stuff and not just playing with LTSpice and the like. I'd like to know if there are any EU based shops selling component kits that do include most of the stuff to build most common pedals (eg. a good selection of transistors, some jfets, a good bunch of resistors and condensers, etc.). I'm not looking to get any fancy components, in fact I believe that a good design should be able to function with just about any old transistor and not depend on the vagaries of a certain type of component (and that is the case with most designs actually).

It's not European-based but I'd give Tayda Electronics a try! (I live in Holland and order all my components there)
I've also had good experiences with musikding.de but Tayda is generally a lot cheaper
