Moswill JF Fuzz low volume?

I am working on a Moswill J.F. Fuzz and cannot figure out why the volume is so low when the effect is engaged?  I attached pics.  I cannot find a schem or layout either for this pedal.  Any thoughts?  Thank you very much.

Hii! Here is the schematic:





C350k pot is c500k with 1.2M resistor between lag 2 and 3 that makes it 350~
