Boss PH3 Repair Issue (bad stage phasing)

Hi everyone, this is my first post in the group. Does anyone experience this issue on Boss PH3 bad stage phasing? The sound is cutting out its like a tremolo. The step, rise are fine but the fall, 12, 10, 8, 4 are cutting out the sound.
