Need a little help again TS 808

I don't know whats going on. for the longest time I had no issues building pedals. now it's all I'm having.
ok built ts 808 from here http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2012/02/ibanez-ts808.html.
pedal is working but the clipping switch don't seem to make a deference. I have built 3 of these before with no problem. they where all gifts.
measured all resistors before soldering them in. checked for shorts. checked placement of parts. every thing seems ok

I think this might be a problem the transistors used 2n5088 checked the orientation, it is right the base is higher then the emitter?

Umm.. You said that the clipping switch doesn't really work... wouldn't it make sense to have a pic also of your switch..?

I think I can see in your pics, there is a 47nF cap above a 1M resistor, lower left side. it looks to me the cap is fitted one row high. is this the case?

you are right. fixed it now their is a deference between lift center and diodes but  nothing between led and center

got it had to replace both leds. works like a charm now.
Thanks for your help, I don't know why i did not see that 47 cap wrong
