Hello everyone, im trying to build the Dunlop BOG Fuzzface with the layout from effectslayout.
https://effectslayouts.blogspot.com/2017/08/dunlop-band-of-gypsys-fuzz-face.html
And while the pedal actually works, its not working like the demos online. There is a huge amount on volume (can only be used with the volume knob at 9`or less and when its so low it looses some fuzz. The Fuzz knob is also acting strange. When its dimed it has a lot of low end and when you roll it back a little bit the pedal gets very bright and with to little fuzz. The Fuzz pot is wired very strange. I have never seen something like that in a fuzz. Here is the schematic for reference. Itseems it has not been traced completely but for some reason it was verified on the website.  Also if anyone knows how to lower the max volume so i can use all the potentiometer that would be nice. The pedal sounds pretty good with both knobs dimed but the amount of volume is unusable. Thank you very much !

The fuzz pot seems to be the way the fuzz pot works in RM Octavia, which this is derived from.

Thanks for the input. I already tried but its the same. Fuzz sounds fuller when dimed but the volume is huge

Are you sure? Shouldnt the 22uf capacitor be placed before de pot? . Also it seems the capacitor is shorted in the BOG schematic
