UBE Screamer by RunOffGroove. Originally created for the DIYStompbox forum monthly pedal contest. It's a TS-808 with the transistor  and op-amp stages replaced with a 4040UBE hex inverter.

22/7 PCBs and build docs.if you're not familiar 22/7 is a Big Muff built around a 4049 with inverters replacing the transistors. Originally created for the diystompboxes monthly effects contest. I think that was happening around 2008! Look it up in the archives.

Hey, man. I built an Ugly Face recently and the sweep on the Frequency pot is much better with an A100K or A50K instead of the listed B100K. I can't really tell if there's more low end with the A100K vs A50K but I like the sweep of the 50 more. Here's a B100K - C100K - A100k - A50K comparison.

This is great stuff. I'll incorporate that.

I built mine with some changes suggested here. My contribution is the VTL5C9. Using a vactrol with large resistance and fast time makes the envelope more dynamic.
