Carcass Fuzz (DOD Carcosa) B5k pot instead of A5K for High Cut control ?

I am building the Carcass Fuzz from pedalPCB and I have a question about the HiCut's potentiometer value.

I would like to know if I can use the B5K pot, provided with the kit, instead of an A5K according to the layout.

Yes, but all the "action" will be cramped-up in one end of the dial. Do it to get over pandemic but expect to want a proper taper when you get back to nightly playing-out.
