Loop Switcher

Hey fellas, I'm trying to build a pedal that will let me switch in between two pedals, so when I hit the switch it will change, for example, from overdrive to chorus. I think I can get it done with six jacks and a 3pdt switch, but I'm not sure how to wire it up.
I drew up this picture so you can better understand what I'm talking about.
Can anyone give me a wiring diagram for it? The two I've tried so far haven't worked out.
