Trying to get both 12v and 33v out of this charge pump

I just built this.

I got the 33v out the end, but I also to get 12v from it for 2 circuits. I tried to connect a wire to one of the points around 12v, but whenever I connected the wire to the pedal, the voltage dropped. Is there a way to do this?

I think we have to face it as a conbined issue..
