Hi. I want to add a blend function to a compressor. I was thinking about splitting the signal in two and then blending them. Can I use the two FETs version of this?

One output is the dry signal that would go directly to the blend pot. The output 2 would go to the compressor. The thing is, can I blend the signal directly from the compressor's output? Or should I need a third FET stage for the wet signal before the blend pot?

Thanks!

Can you give us a schematic of the compressor?  There may be a simpler way to blend.

It's the Love Squeeze. Here:

I'm thinking of the "4:1" compressor at Madbean. You would add a buffer to the input, and simply take two splits from its output.  Then there is a level control for Clean as well as one for Compression. A blend pot might also be possible.
