I got gifted a 100w Boss Katana Mark II head.
This is a giant distortion pedal in amp form. It has everything you need to sculpt an overdrive tone.
It takes pedals well too. Amazing that you can get an amp for the price of a high end boutique pedal now.

Thank you, Aron, for setting up this forum where everyone's civil question or opinion is welcomed.  No question is 'stupid' or 'answered before'.  No mistake is 'unforgivable'.  Nobody here is ever made to feel small because they ask something that has been covered 100 times before; they're just NEW! Or having an off day    

I view these pages as a place where I can come check in (sometimes 20x per day, lol) and see a bunch of people just finding enjoyment in their hobby. It's Normalcy.  Without bringing in their politics (too much, lol), and the craziness of the outside world.  Sometimes we remind each other about this, and clash, and push each other back to what's important...DIY STOMPS, BABY!   I consider all of you as friends in our mutual, crazy, unorthodox - yet proven, I swear! - pursuit of the BEST tone, the best dirt, and the best use for all those parts we somehow accumulate, LOL!

i want to thank everyone on this forum, especially the regulars, who have taught and helped me come up with and work out some pretty crazy ideas. thanks for proving me wrong or pushing me to better understand why im right (sometimes)

Shaken. Always. 6 parts Grey Goose or Ketel One from the freezer, 1 part Poli Gran Bassano (or Rossi Sec in a pinch), well shaken with ice and strained. Top with three pimento stuffed queen olives. Heaven!

Sorry you are not feeling well, Antonis!!  We also had it - I hope for you that it is like us, very mild and something passing.  The sense of smell does seem to come back in short time!  And then perhaps some immunity from having had it     Feel better soon!
