The engineers thumb compressor Vero layout questions

Question 1: all the capacitors use the same symbol but c6/3. I thought that these would be polarized, thus different symbol. If this is the case, what way is the capacitor polarized?
Question 2: what are the two red leds for?
Question 3: is the blue led just the led that lights up when the effect is engaged?

1. Sharp/cut end leg goes to lower voltage level (compared to the other leg..)

There is a dark arc on the symbol.

Look at C6 and follow the copper over to the left. Now you know which is + and which is -.

Same at C3(?) except it faces another way.
