DIY equivalent to EHX Tri-parallel mixer?

Hi, everything is in the title, I'm in the looks for a DIY workalike. I love my EHX-TPM but I want to build kind of a multi-circuit thing with parallel conections.

Not exactly the same, but similar, with other functionality added, the VFE Klein Bottle.

The simplest starter place is something like:

Doesn't have phase or eq.
