Guitar Backing Tracks

I see that guitarbackingtracks.com was bought out by UGT (SELL OUTS) sometime ago now, there is a guitarbackingtrack.org tho which looks good.
Was there anybody here mad enough to have made a back up of most of the backing tracks that were on that site and have a download of them?

After I bought a looper, I haven't used many backing tracks.

Before that, I had a lot of fun with the Now you shred YouTube Channel

Great quality tracks, with advice for solos. I have literally used hours with the Maggot Brain track.

BUT now I prefer my own out-of-tune, not-on-the-beat tracks.

I tried making backing tracks with a looper and yea... there's a ton on you tube.   I was looking through an old hard drive awhile back and found some MP3's I ripped from some backing track cd's I had bought when I was a teen in the 90s.   Got kind of nostalgic had to limp my way through samba pa ti to the backing track for old times sake o guess.

I have a couple of UB Hank (Marvin) CDs of Shadows backing tracks, I must dig them out!

off topic a bit.....

but how do these guys do the fancy animations for the keys/scales/chord changes etc over the audio/video ?
is it a specific prog, or ....

just curious as i am often teaching, and would be super helpful to show animations like those to my long suffering victims lol....
