Aion Redshift rate switch wiring

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to shrink the Aion Redshift PCB and have a question regarding the wiring of the rate foot switch.
Are these two marked pins connected to PWR_GND via the switch?
I couldn't find any pictures of the pcb backside to verify this and the schematic leaves out the switching part.

The schematic isn't clear is it? Madbean has a version (without the two rate knobs) called Kezuroukai that shows how it works.
The one pole of the rate switch is shown: one of the two rate pots goes to the little voltage divider shown below it. One of the two sets of caps go through the other switch pole to ground.
So you figured right.

Yep, those caps are switched to ground on the footswitch PCB.
