I'm working on a Lectric-FX Karaoke Chorus build, which is a CE-1 inspired chorus circuit, and I'm looking at options for making it "true" stereo (well, as "true" as the CE-1 was, which is just one output dry, one output modulated). I think that, if I build a daughterboard with another 4558 output stage like the Karaoke has on its mono output, and rig it up to a switching jack arrangement like the CE-1, it might work, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious. I assume (thereby risking making a, well, you know) that it would be better practise to increase the output resistors in order to minimise interaction and to ensure more consistant output levels between mono and stereo modes, but I'm not sure what values would be optimal. (The original value is 560Ω.)

I made a first stab at modding the Lectric-FX schematic with my proposed add-on. If anyone would like to take a look at the output section(s) and let me know how I might implement it better, it would be greatly appreciated. I figured I should run it by the forum's EE minds before I just start poking around ignorantly and messing with a perfectly good circuit and PCB. (I know Scruffie shows up here from time to time, so hopefully it's okay that I'm cross-posting here as well as on the Madbean forum...)

(edit: my original image was murder to try to read, so here are a couple of updated ones—the first is the stock schematic, the second is focusing only on my proposed changes to the output section...)
