I was interested in modding my FX64 I'm rehousing. The original enclosure is messed up so here I am. I've seen a couple things for the FX60/65 but not much for the FX64.

When I make a chorus for myself, I include a mix control for dialing back the wet signal for subtler effects, and a bass cut for making the pitch-wobble less overt.  Unless the controls are mislabelled, or I've misunderstood them, looks like the FX64 has both of those covered.  The only things missing might be a delay-range control, and/or a dry-lift for getting vibrato.

The first can be achieved with a 3-way toggle to change cap values on the MN310x clock.  Since DOD uses electronic switching, the second mod is a little trickier.  Pedals using e-switching generally "cancel" the effect, by blocking the wet signal with an FET, rather than completely bypassing the circuit.  So if a person uses a toggle to lift the dry path, and steps on the pedal to bypass the effect, both the wet AND dry signals are obstructed.  If your goal is silence, that's good.  But it makes for an awkward vibrato pedal, that would require reaching down and flicking that toggle before stepping on the pedal to revert to "bypass".

The caveat to that is that I may have misinterpreted the stock "Level" control, and it is really a wet/dry balance control.  But my guess is not, otherwise they would have labelled it "Mix".
