Problems activating a DIY Landtone DIY Delay

I purchased a Landtone DIY delay kit and cant manage to make it work. It did work when i desolder and damage the traces where the dpdt switch was installed. I made some bridges but still not working. Can i get some advice if i post pictures?

Please find attached the pic required for your advice. As i mentioned i had to do a solder bridge on the footswitch and on R2 (reverb)

Many of the joints look under-heated. Take the board out of the enclosure and go round and re-heat all the joints for the components. The solder should "suck" down into the hole when it is hot. I can see from the top side of your board that it hasn't done that, except in a few cases.

Some of the component leads look a bit long and are sticking out at angles where they might touch something else. It would be better to keep them more vertical so they can't touch anything, and to cut them off shorter.

The 3PDT soldering is a bit of a state. Whether your wire fix is enough, I can't say.

Fundamentally, there's nothing wrong and witha bit of re-work, it should be fine.

Also, after cleaning up the joints, clean the bottom of the board with isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush to get rid of the soldergoo

What ElectricDruid has said here is something that jumps out at me as well.  You seem to have a lot of component leads trimmed at an angle and possibly touching other parts. I would check for any shorts here.
