I cannot find a 39n that isnt the 630v size locally and woukd rather not do the parallel thing.   Can anyine tell me what if any change i could expect replacing c25 here with either s 33n or 47n.    Thanks!

Should be just a slight change to the treble response of the delayed signal I think. Smaller cap = brighter.

I figured it was along that line, just not very familiar with how bbd's work so figured id double check.

You can calculate the change of particular Sallen-Key 2^nd order LPF corner frequency via 0.159 / (R35*R36*C25*C26)^1/2 formula..
