[solved]Andamento just a Tremolo

Hello everyone,
I build an Andamento pcb from the Dead End Fx schematics. The vactrol I used previously was a VTL5C3 which I desoldered because the effect did not sound right and I added a socket. Now with an LCR0203 (and again a VTL5C3) I only have a tremolo with sense, rate and Hi/Lo doing nothing.
In case I killed the transistor (2SC1518) during the desoldering of the VTL5C3 because of long heating could this be the cause for this ,,effect"?
I placed it near the VTL.
Blend and Tone are working.
Unfortunately I don't have another 2SC1518 to verify.

Solved.... By removing the VTL I must have damaged the plated hole for the anode of the led because there was no connection between the trace and the pin. I soldered a small bridge and et voilà it works.
