This seller used to go by another name, slips my mind currently.  Anyway, everything he sells is way overpriced.

Can you add a cap on pin 4 (g2) to cut the dc noise on the 250k pot ?

Pin 4 is G3. Pin 7 is G2.

"250K": the worst-case noise resistance will be 63k, which is not large for a tube. This plan has 33k on G1, which is only 3db less hiss.

I think I said it wrong
I want to get rid of the dc noise on the 250k from G2 ( pin 4). The only way I know is to decouple with cap to wiper.
Is this ok ? And if so what value should I use ?  Forgive me I'm a
N new to this type of Circuit
