I have an FX90 pcb no case. i need to house it. i dont have the switch or led atm.  The switch connector on the pcb is reading 8 volts. the LED connector on the pcb is reading 7 volts. I have it wired up and it works but i dont know how to wire the switch and LED. how does the bypass switch work to engage and disengage the effect?  switch terminal to ground? momentary?

i think i got it. the switch gets a momentary connection to ground which turns the effect on or off and powers the led terminal

Hey Joe,

You don't say which revision you've got, and it seems there are several versions. Thread about it here:

That said, yes, pushbutton to ground would be where I'd start. The switch acts to flip a flip-flop made out of invertors in a 4007 chip.
