AC128 Question

Any difference between a AC128 and a AC128/01?

yes and no.
There's a HUGE spread in HFE and leakage characteristics, and the /01 probably designates a certian sub-category. which one exactly I do not know. It's very likely that the devices are tested for *1* parameter, the rest being all over the shop as usual. If you want to be sure you have good trannies for FuzzFaces and such, buy them pre-tested at SmallBear.

Yes, I bought a few Germanium transistors from Pete a while back and I highly recommend him! I just tried to email him three times, but every time I tried, Yahoo would bounce the email back as undeliverable! Anyone else have that problem?

Yeah, mostly a French Goatsucker. One of my ex-girlfriends spent a semester in France and she always told me how cute all the French boys were and how they had these cute little sayings like "ooh la la" - so, of course, I exaggerated that into a completely lecherous "OOOh La La" and it's w/ that same emphasis that I like to say "L'es Chupacabra".
