Ooh, it's an old TAPLFO2 circuit. TAPLFO3 is a drop-in replacement, but you don't need the following parts:



It uses internal pull-ups, so the external 10Ks can go, and it no longer needs an external crystal, so that and the associated 22pFs can go. There's a second set of waveforms on the newer chip available if you want even more options.

Alternatively, replace the TAPLFO with the STOMPLFO and reduce the complexity and knob-overload a bit, while keeping the tap tempo and eight waveforms. It would drop right in too.
