Just finished a mbp silicon Tonebender build---sounds awesome but..................there's always a but...............the pedal functioned perfectly before 'boxing' it up but now the led stays on all the time. I'm gonna open it back up tomorrow but what could cause this?

Thx

The led cathode is most likely shorted to ground. Likely it's touching the enclosure, or led bezel if you used one. You just have to find what the wire is touching and move it.

Is the pedal actually bypassed..??
(despite of LED's status..)

Yes, it is definitely bypassed.

So you have to trace the LED cathode (as well said by induction..)

Maybe you bent it and some cable (or other object) have push it upwards to the inner of the box..
