Is Harma a tube brand?

I think you meant to ask are they a manufactured brand. From what I've read, the Harma brand is made up of tubes that are tested and screened by Watford Valves. Kind of like Groove Tubes. They might manufacture a small percentage of their tubes, but the majority is just rigorously tested tubes that meet some specification.
