Can't find a site~!! Help

Hey all,
there is one of us here that has a site with an electronic switching schematic on there. It uses an IC and the last time I saw it there was a problem with the site and I couldn't download it.  It was a newer site the last I looked and it also had some pretty cool effects layouts as well.
If this is you or you know what I'm talking about please show me the way.

Does anyone have a complete lsting of all the known sites for DIY effects??
I helped someone get a master list together but can't remember who now.
