I just copied your layout and didn't really check it 100 % against the schematic which is different anyway. I haven't built one so I can't tell you if it works or not.

Thanks for the PayPall offer, but don't worry about it. Instead, do somebody else a favor and ask them to pass it along too.

You say they want pcb files, but these pcb files are from ExpressPCB. I just can't help but think that pcb must be a file type that comes out of OrCAD or Protel or something like that too.

Well, I already ordered 1 board from Futurlec (it was $4 shipped for the prototype, it's much less in quantity) so we'll see if it works.  The guy seemed totally fine with the .pcb format.
