Hi!. Are these supposed to be non polarised?. What type are they?. Thanks!!

They're probably the same ones in the PT80. Check out the PT80 article (the PDF file on GeneralGuitarGadgets.com) for a description of those caps, complete with mouser part number...

It's a film cap so it is non-polarized. I just finished building this, its a great pedal.
