SignalFlex PS9 Power Supply?

Does anyone know anything about the SignalFlex PS9 power supply?  It has 5 9VDC outputs, but it doesn't say if the 5 outputs are isolated, or if it's simply a box that puts the 5 outputs in parallel with each other.

what do you expect for $40... they are not isolated.  i have one.  bought a DC brick like 2 months later.
