Lo input capacitance MOSFET

Hi all.
Does anyone know mosfet models to replace 2n7000/bs170 this is a popular transistor in the diy environment, but it has a number of disadvantages:
1) high input capacitance (buffer recommended).
2) high noise level
3) they are afraid of static (smd equivalent 2n7002k has a built-in diode for protection).

Are there any affordable (in terms of availability and price) analogues suitable for designing various effects, like fuzz, overdrive or distortion, but without these drawbacks?

I am curious, why would you want to build for example a fuzz with mosfets?

I liked playing with them. I definitely remember that there were good results with fuzz face and I did fender blackface on 2n7000. I see them as a replacement for BJT in fuzz. and some alternative to J201 and the rest of the jfet, which have become rare.
