I've tryed the JD Sleep circuit on breadboard and the thing is that the effect isn't as noticeable as the samples I've heard.

I've used resin diped caps, 2N3904 and 06, 1N914 diodes... can it be the caps? are they good? maybe the diodes?

Some, if not all of the samples you've heard are in conjunction with boosters. That seems to be the best way to use the GR, with a booster driving it. You could also of course have a problem.

Add something like an LPB-1 in front, if that helps, just add that in the same box and have a pot for 'drive' or something.
