Recently people have been getting upset at files that have been "linked" to online.

If you have a problem with a file that is posted online, talk to the person that is hosting the file. Only the person hosting the file can remove it. Email him/her directly and address them with your concerns.

Sure, we can remove links here or argue about whether the files should exist, but if I remove a link here, the file still exists and is still reachable by everyone else. Again, only the hosting party can remove the file. Contact them directly and address them with your concerns.
