Jered

12stringstratmaker,
I am curious what mods you did to your GE-7 for clarity and response? I've got one that could use the same.
 Thanks,  Jered

Are people listing their gear collections or their live setups?

I'd have two very different lists....

Roger

RDV

I listed my entire collection of guitar gear. Live, it could be any of it, at anytime. The two 'live' effect constants are the dual mos booster and the SD-1. The rest rotates. I need to construct a pedalboard to take more of it at a time, and more time to do it.

I went with live setup, it makes more sense.
It's the hard earned setup that works for you to please the crowds of screaming fans

I used to be a 'Humbucker' dude.

                         AMPS
Marshall MkII 50w Master Lead plexi re-issue
Dyna ST70 [Stereo 70}, interesting point is each channel's 7199 [like VOX Amp] ''linebooster' tubes, and 2X EL34 per channel output. IMO the A440 Irons are the Beez Kneez.
By intentionally mis-biasing the ST70 [one side] and heavily loading the output [putting a 'disposable' EL34 there], I get Skwaulsch Octave and Creamy/Chrunch sustains as the tube literally frys to its demise. The effect is really quite spectacular, and is best used in a Gaunge Groove peak. Coniaseurres of efkt lore commets like "what the heck is THAT' happened. The tube starts off normally enough, then begins turning orange over a larger area of the plate 'n such, that's when the creamy harmonics come out, after that, the octave effect comes in and out depending on amplituce and pitch [at least]. Dont' try this without supervision or you're on your own...lol. oops I only use the MkII live.

I use only' [lol] four Booster/Fuzzes at one time, but switch them out during the gig. This keeps things easier to keep track of and less cluttered.  I like to run a boost into my booster sometimes.
The Art verb is on the whole time for 'general' reverbs, the RV-3 does long echo cameo appearances only.
------------------------------------------------
For bedroom stuff I use the Dyna Amp and 2x12's that used to sound good loud, Jez Fine for bedroom now...
Tychobrahe Octavia, FTM, E.H.S.S. [Phase], Phaze 90, Phaze 45, FF FF FF FF FF FF FF TB TB TB TB, Double D, FT 70, Dyna Comp, OS Comp., 2 EA Tremolos, Vox 847 Wah, Photon Filter, Duende, Ugly Face, GeQ Fuzz [Bazz derived], Big Daddy. I'm certain there Are more...not too lazy to have built them, this should hold ya fer a while...!!!
