Hello, I'm a novice at reading schematics, so forgive my ignorance. I have a question about the phase 100 at general guitar gadgets.Am I right  about the VTL5C3/2s being positioned all the same, with the number 2 positive leg on the right  if your looking at the board with the ICs directly above them?Thanks for the help.
