I'm workin with another member to build a big rotary pedal. Its 3 pedals in one box. A neovibe, a phase 45 and a phase 90. He is going to build the first 2 pedals while i supply him with the third. But the Hammond 1590DD just isn't big enough he says. What alternative coudl i use?

Find a trashed single rack space unit. Electronic repair guys?..you never know when you'll come by one.
Wood looks cool, I have an Obsidian/LPB in a larger wood enclosure,
You can shield the inside.
I took an old amps metal plate, cut and bent [cold chisel, even kwik whams to 'bring it around evenly] corners, then Mounted this in wood frame.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

How about the Taiwanese 125-C? It's roughly the size of the DD, but almost twice as high. Is it the length and width problem or the depth? If this works for you, Smallbear sells them and they are quite a bit cheaper than the DD.
