hmmmm - i think it could sound a bit smoother.

perhaps try to build in a switch to change the Input Caps for versatile Boostrange

Careful! Tantalum caps are polar, and if you connect them with inverse polarity they might even blow up like a small firecracker!

Besides, you mostly see them used as a (power supply) bypass caps, I doubt they sound "better" than metal film caps when used in the signal path. You might be better off experimenting with different values than with different capacitor types, as Oliver said.
