Has anyone ever modded this pedal to reduce the gain on the output volume?  I'm thinking just reducing the value of the volume pot maybe enough.  With a 12AX7, the volume pot is very sensitive?

Thanks,

Just put a resistor inline before the volume pot. So if signal hits the outer lug, desolder the lug and put a resis†or in between the signal wire and the outer lug.

You can put a trimmer in there to test and then put a permanent resistor in later.
