Finally my Rebote2 Delay is working!!

Just as what I suspected, the 5v regulator was the culprit.
I placed it the wrong way. I thought it has the same in and output pins
as the 12v regulator.  It fried my OPAmp but I'm glad Texas Instrument sent me lots of them.

Glad you got it working.  I just finished mine a week ago.
