J201 Variety ?s

I  was about to order a large lot of J201 and had a question regarding bulk vs ammo pack options.  refering to mouser pt #s, 512-J201D27Z and it looks like 512-J201_D74Z look pretty cheap.  Is packaging the only difference between these and the normal 512-J201?  I guess those other ones are just ammo packs right?
