I want to try a 'fishtank' enclosure, [no there are no 'tropical fish in the circuit] so The innards can be seen.
But if possible I'd rather not have to get out the epoxy...
 Any suggestions for glueing plexiglass???
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Heat the plexi and bend it. There is plexi glue also.

Go to a plexiglass (cast acrylic sheet) supplier. They normally have free "fact sheets" of how to work the stuff.

To make a joint, just cut pieces straight enough to fit right, and glue them with the solvent glue that the supplier has.

The devil is lurking in that "cut straight enough to fit" though.

You need to cut and fit the pieces close enough that you can't see light between the pieces for solvent welding to work well. Sometimes you can dissolve chips of the plexi in the solvent and use the thickened goo to goop up bad joints. Sometimes.

At the end, when you have got it all glued up, anneal the whole thing in an oven to remove the stresses from sawing, or you'll get cracks eventually.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Back in the days when scuba diving was fairly primitive, I used to build underwater housings for cameras, flashes, etc.

I always used "super" glue.  The stuff that is super-strong, and comes in those little tubes.  Works great, but depends strongly on two things - first the surface needs to be machined quite flat (especially if you want a fully "transparent" appearance), and second, the joint needs to be aligned right the first time it touches together.  It'll stick as soon as the halves touch, and if it's wrong, you'll have to break or hacksaw it apart.
