I gotta find out if this works, or if it's just me.

Doesn't work for me at all, no signal unless you take r6 out, and it's pretty faint.  The diodes don't seem to do anything either.

did you feeded it with the suggested 15V bipolar supply?

No!

I fed it 13 volts(closest I had to 15) but it wasn't +13/-13.

That would be it, eh?

to make it work with a single supply you need to add a 1/2 voltage vref to bias the opamps. You could mess about with this and make it work, or you could take the easy route and build stm's Speaker Saturation Simulator, which is this circuit adapted for 9 volts.
