Opamp EQ now working but wih oscillating mid range

Ok, update.
I also encountered the hiss. I tried changing the 1M resistor from Vr to pin3 to 100k and it cut the hiss, just not sure how much. I was also able to lower the mid cap to .02uf to cut the scratchiness of the sound.

Sounds better now but can still be improved.

Just socket those caps & find what you like.
