Okay I need some help identifying the manufacturer of some BC109s that I salvaged.  They're marked:

SGS BC109
98622

The "SGS" is a stylized logo for some company, but I don't know which one?  These guys sound righteous is a Fuzz Face.  Any ideas?

TIA!

Company pedigree (actually a good site)

When Thomson and SGS merged, the French and Italian government each owned 50% of the new corporation. The new corporation was registered in the Netherlands.

When I first got into electronics (70s   ) BC109s were the most popular trannies - they were all SGS or Signetics made.
